Bottlecorp manufactures a wide variety of high-quality plastic bottles and jars made of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) and high density polyethylene (HDPE). We also make select bottles from polypropylene (PP), and Post Consumer Recycled resins (PCR). The products we make are mostly used for the Consumer personal care, household, chemical, pharmaceutical, nutritional supplement and niche food and beverage markets.

The bottles and jars in our online catalog are stock styles, but not all of the items are in-stock and available for immediate shipment in all sizes and colors. Our capabilities include Injection Stretch Blow Moulding (ISBM), Injection Blow Moulding (IBM), Injection Moulding (IM), we also carry moulds for Extrusion Blow Moulding (EBM). Ask your Bottlecorp customer service representative for more details. In addition to manufacturing, Bottlecorp offers in-house design and engineering services, and our custom tooling capabilities mean we can take a new bottle style from concept to completion in a matter of weeks. Many of our PET and HDPE Prototypes exist as single-unit cavities, just waiting for a customer to order the production tooling.
